Q: How long does an implementation project take? A: Most of our implementations take between 4-6 months, depending on the size of your operation and integration needs. Our project management team and consultants work closely with your staff to ensure a smooth, phased rollout - without interrupting your daily operations.

Q: Can the WMS support integrations with my ERP/accounting system? A: Absolutely. Infios K.Motion Edge has native integrations with a wide range of ERP, accounting, e-commerce, and shipping platforms. If you’re using SAP B1, NetSuite, Sage (200, 300, X3), Acumatica, Microsoft (GP, BC, D3, D365), Shopify, or another system, we’ll connect the dots to ensure seamless data flow. Using an in-house accounting system? No problem! Supplysoft's consultants are highly skilled at building integrations that will seamlessly connect with whatever system you're using.

Q: What kind of training and support do we get? A: We provide hands-on onboarding, in-system training, and continued support through our customer success team. Whether you're scaling or troubleshooting, we're with you long after go-live. Our team conducts as many onsite visits as necessary to support a successful go-live and training. Visiting your operations for thorough discovery and proof of concept is a vital component of our ideology and process.

The interface guides users through tasks step-by-step, minimizing training time and making it easy for teams to adopt quickly. Supplysoft can also take on as much of the behind-the-scenes "tech stuff" as your team needs to tailor the WMS, or enhance the WMS to meet the evolving needs of your business long after go-live.

Q: Is the WMS cloud-based? A: Yes. The WMS platform is fully cloud-based, which means no on-prem servers, fast updates, and access from anywhere; ideal for distribution operations or remote warehouse monitoring. We are also able to accommodate clients who prefer an on-premise model.

How does the WMS support perishable or lot-tracked inventory?
