Effective March 2026, Supplysoft entered a strategic union through the merger with

Frontline Systems. This milestone event has brought together two experienced warehouse

management and supply chain consulting teams under a single entity, strengthening Supplysoft and Frontline's ability to support increasingly complex warehousing and inventory control operations.

Frontline Systems, headquartered in Virginia, brings more than 25 years of experience helping mid-sized businesses design, optimize, and modernize their supply chain operations. The Frontline team's experience is a perfect fit with Supplysoft's team, boasting a long-standing track record of improving warehouse and distribution performance through operational planning, process re-engineering, labor productivity improvements, inventory optimization, and assisting the assessment and selection of supply chain technologies.

Over the past several months, the two organizations have been working closely to unify teams, intellectual property, and delivery approach. The result of this effort is an even deeper scope of WMS expertise, expanded strategic consulting capabilities, and proprietary optimization methodologies that will now be delivered as part of the Supplysoft portfolio.

“This merger is a meaningful step forward for Supplysoft, Frontline, and our joint clients,”

shared Humberto Rodriguez, Co-Founder and CEO of Supplysoft. “By combining Frontline Systems’ long-standing supply chain engineering and optimization experience with our K.Motion Edge WMS specialization, we are strengthening our ability to deliver intentionally designed, high-impact solutions that scale with our clients’ operations.”

Clients and partners can expect a continued investment in expanded module depth, faster

delivery of complex initiatives, and a long-term roadmap focused on operational excellence.

"Frontline and Supplysoft have always been client-driven organizations focusing on providing proactive solutions,” added Dane Karcher, CEO of Frontline. “This merger gives our teams a larger platform to do what we do best, with broader reach as we continue to evolve alongside our partners’ software developments.”

Humberto (“Bert”) Rodriguez and Dane Karcher first connected years ago at a partner

conference during the early days of Radio Beacon (now Infios). Over the years, that initial

connection evolved into a professional relationship and, ultimately, a friendship that led to the present union of their respective organizations.

Throughout their careers, Bert and Dane viewed one another as co-petitiors rather than

competitors, collaborating on projects or ideas when possible, with an alignment in their shared values and commitment to excellence. They are excited to formally join forces and further strengthen their teams under a single organization.

Supplysoft remains committed to our consultative approach grounded in practical execution,

deep system knowledge, and measurable operational outcomes. This alliance reinforces that

commitment while positioning us for continued growth and innovation in the warehouse

management space.
